DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER January 21, 2010 Ashley Hermann (Kentucky) I thought I was buying both the book and UNUSED CDrom when I made this purchase, but when I received the CD only, I became a little skeptical. Not only was it used, the case was messed up also, which means this was an absolutely pointless buy. I wasted almost $100 dollars on a CD that is worthless. These kinds of sellers are what make a great website like Amazon appear to be really misleading. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER unless you want to waste your money!
Excellent course November 10, 2009 P. C. Card (Culver City, CA United States) I see a lot of the ratings that are 1 and 2 stars have nothing to do with the course content or the course itself, it had to do with the code so access could be given for the course. The course is excellent, interesting and fun to use. You would expect to be online when you use the course since it is, after all, an online course. I highly recommend this course just don't get a used copy, it is useless.
Kristen's review October 7, 2009 J. Sampson (USA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
When I received this cd for my online music class, the cd case was broken, I didn't really mind that much. But, when I went to register the cd with its serial number the connect4education people (the online source that my class visits to do the online work) they informed me that the serial number cannot be re used so therefore I would need to get my money back and buy a new cd. That's why I wanted my refund and I want to return the the cd. I'm not in any way upset with Amazon and I don't think this will keep me from ordering again.
Thanks for your time and help.

You're screwed if you have a used copy. August 6, 2009 A. N. Serna (Rogers, AR USA) 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
I'm just going to enter my freshman year in college, and I ordered this CD-ROM, though I did understand there not being a registration code, I didn't know that I could not just buy my own code off the home website. I don't understand the point of people selling the used copies of this "CD-ROM" Textbook when those who buy them can't get a hold of a registration code. I suggest you not buy any used copy. And just put in the extra dollars to buy a new copy. Hopefully, I can return this product back to my seller.
Serial Number already used - Useless! September 19, 2008 K. Andersson (Los Angeles, CA) 5 out of 8 found this review helpful
When I received the CDs and tried to register for class, it turned out the Serial Number had not only already been used (even though I was promised that the CD wasn't used before), the CD case along with the CDs were scratched, crushed, and completely worn out - even though the condition was describes as "good" with "a slightly broken top". This renders the CDs completely useless (as you need a unique Serial Number to register for class), which means I've just thrown $82 in the trash, and an additional $120 for a new set of CDs... I lack words for how I feel about these kind of sales, and sellers, and I'm very dissappointed with my purchase.
