This product only stated it was used and not that it could not be used again. When we purchased this CD Rom could not be registered for use and we even contacted the company and also a tech person at the university where my daughter is attending. We had to purchase another new cd for her to complete her online class. I feel this product and the seller did not represent the product correctly.

I was very nervous about buying this CD. It has to be new, unopened and the code never used. It was. Using these materials is not difficult either. The log in was easy and the content on this CD is enjoyable. I'm enjoying taking this class online, and look forward to just enjoying the music afterwards. Shipped promptly. sealed thoroughly.

ONCE THEY HAVE REGISTERED IT, YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO REUSE FOR YOUR CLASS NO MATTER HOW GOOD OF CONDITION THE CD IS IN. YOU CANT SAY I DIDNT WORN YOU NOW! AMAZON, STEP UP AND INFORM YOUR BUYERS! I find it disheartening that I can only use this product ONCE in my Music Appreciation course, considering the price tag on this product. It is not advisable to use a used version of this, for there is an activation code that be used ONCE, and cannot be used again. Puts a major dent in the wallet, especially for a poor college student like me.
In regards to the performance of the product, it's done its job to provide good sound quality for the course, and is easy to manage.

I thought I was buying both the book and UNUSED CDrom when I made this purchase, but when I received the CD only, I became a little skeptical. Not only was it used, the case was messed up also, which means this was an absolutely pointless buy. I wasted almost $100 dollars on a CD that is worthless. These kinds of sellers are what make a great website like Amazon appear to be really misleading. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER unless you want to waste your money!
