The Wong CDs are a good tool to use if you believe in the message the Wongs send. They have good information. Only down side is it is only CDs with no paperwork or information other than that on the CDs.

If you are a beginning teacher or a teacher who is thinking about leaving the profession, please listen to this CD set. Every minute is full of important advice for teachers. If you implement what you will hear in 2 hours, you will be an effective teacher. It will sound like common sense, but there is little 'common' about 'common sense'. The book, How to be an Effective Teacher: The First Days of School, also by Harry and Rosemary Wong is the perfect hard copy companion for the CD set.

This is an excellent CD for all teachers, but especially for those who need help with classroom management. Wong is very positive and his experiences and suggestions are believeable and applicable to any classroom.
