 Excellent, especially when you learn how to use the secret! July 22, 2010

I listened to the cd a year ago and didn't grasp the meaning of the secret. After I've listened to the cd for the 2nd time this year, I felt like I understood it better and was able to use the secret in my life. As of right now I am just testing it and using it towards "A" grades and "my parking spot" and it has given it to me 90% of the time. It usually depends on how strongly I believe that I have what I ordered in "the catalog of the universe". If you listen to the cd you'll understand. P.S. The background music in the cd makes it so much more easier to visualize. = )

This is by far one of the worst books I've ever read (listened to). It's completely redundant, repeating itself ad nauseum. Not to mention the fact that it's very shallow and does not fully develop the ideas, not to mention the fact that there is not a unique idea covered here. The author reads a sentence, then includes a clip of another motivational speaker basically repeating the same thing. This whole book could be summarized in 1 concise paragraph, I can boil it down to one catch phrase: "You create your own self-fulfilling prophecy, good or bad." I cannot fathom how this got published much less became a best seller.

If you only do one thing for yourself in this lifetime--really listen to "The Secret." I saw the DVD at the lowest point of my life. I had fought for my life due to illness. My husband's actions had put me in post traumatic stress disorder. My religion turned out to be a scam. When I heard The Secret, it was like water to a dying soul. I got it! I asked God for a villa in the Southwest and rental units to bring me income. I also asked for strength and a new life. I thanked God over and over again that all I asked for was ALREADY mine. Within 6 months, a lovely home, near a river and the most beautiful little RV park you can imagine was MINE--in the Southwest! It fell into my hands in a miraculous way! Dozens of people in town said they would have bought it in a heartbeat! I was the only one who was in the right place at the right time! I also completely recovered my health thanks to finding the doctor who knew how to help me.
I have a background in health and greatly admired Dr. Ben Johnson, who is a doctor with three degrees in The Secret. Imagine my surprise when I showed up for a health conference and Dr. Ben Johnson was there! We are now friends! As I drove him to the airport after a business meeting one day, he asked, "So Debbie, how did you come to own an RV park?" I replied, "Dr. Johnson, I used THE SECRET! You helped me to get my RV park!!! Before he got out of the car, he put his hands on top of mine and thanked God for me and for sending me the RV park and a new life! I cried tears of joy and amazement half the way home. I listen to the CD set a lot. It is more in-depth than the movie. Does The Secret work? Oh yes!!! Thank you God! Thank you Rhonda Byrne! Thank you Dr. Johnson! We can use THE SECRET to make the world a better place! Debbie

First off let me say that is one of my most favorite books on CD, I believe there are a lot of truth in this book when it comes to visualization, postive thinking, giving, and focus. Do I believe you can cure cancer with well-power or fix your own eyesight, NO!!! I do believe that if you are ill, you must keep a postive look on life, because it does effect you immune system and if you lose the well to live you will die. So keep positive.
