Product Description Win Freedom From Guilt, Shame and Self-Recrimination In this remarkable program consisting of a DVD and CD, Colin Tipping shows you how to quickly get relief from the tyranny of your inner critic and internal judge. Wouldnt you agree that these two tyrants have been committed to making you wrong and pulling you down at every opportunity for far too long and that it has to stop? Of course you would! This program will help.
On the DVD (running time - 1hour 35 mins), Colin Tipping distinguishes between guilt and shame and when it is appropriate to feel either, or both, and when it is definitely not appropriate. He also explores the nature of SELF and finds we all have a community of selves within, which leads to the question, Whos Forgiving Who? This program gives you a chance to become properly acquainted with those all the characters inside your head who criticize you all the time, then shows you how to have a healing dialogue with them to convince them that you are OK just the way you are, and that your very perfection lies in your imperfection
He explains how the Radical Self-Forgiveness/Acceptance technology works so you have a thorough understanding of all that is involved in using the simple- to-use tools he provides for your transformation and empowerment through Radical Self-Forgiveness/Acceptance.
USING THIS DVD/CD SET WILL RAISE YOUR SELF-ESTEEM AND SET YOU FREE

This got great reviews but is rather simplistic and redundant for a CD & DVD combo. Much of the DVD is in taped lecture format with flip charts. Of that, graphics are presented of data without citation of sources. One lists a classification scheme of emotional "vibration" (??) levels promoted by David Hawkins (yes, I Googled it), largely of interest to pseudoscience audiences. It is not explained how these "vibrations" were measured or how this scheme was derived. How this relates to self forgiveness is not well argued anyhow. The CD contains a list of what are pretty simple affirmations, which if you're open to it may be helpful. However there are many references to outside divine control that some may not find resonance with (nonreligious folks or anyone looking for a psychology/evidence-based tool). Overall NOT worth this price nor the raves to me. Not for everybody, certainly.
Big Disappointment September 14, 2009 P. Nissley 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
I was very disappointed with this product. The first 5 minutes of the DVD consists of a sales pitch by Mr. Tipping to buy his other products and to log onto [...] to "complete" the forgiveness process. That costs an additional $70. The CD was very lame and of very little use. This was nothing more than an enticement to buy more of this guys products.
The real deal June 23, 2009 MG 0 out of 3 found this review helpful
I am an unabashedly huge fan of Mr. Tipping's work. All of his books and tools are the real deal. They simply work - and work simply. I've literally devoured many hundreds of self-help books, CD's, DVD's and workshops. They all pale in comparison to the efficacy, utility and ease of Mr. Tipping's materials. No, I'm not being paid for this. :)

This is a very valuable tool for emotional and spiritual growth. The author has a gentle way of helping you to approach the subject of forgiveness.
Boring June 17, 2008 Cypriot (CYPRUS) 5 out of 7 found this review helpful
A very boring DVD. The guy just stands infront of the board and delivers a monotonous lecture. His wife who is filming him sometimes asks questions from behind the camera. The speaker appears to be nervous.
